Through a recent post published on the Chinese social network Weibo by the famous leaker @Leaksfly, we learned that Next 5 November could be a great day for all Xiaomi enthusiasts. On that date, the Chinese producer could remove the veil over the new one Xiaomi Mi Note 2. We know this is not about the much-anticipated Xiaomi Mi5 but it is still a smartphone that will be on top, since it is the natural successor to Xiaomi Mi Note Pro.
Furthermore, the author of the post also informs us of some technical specifications that Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will be equipped with:
- 5,7-inch display with QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and density of 515 ppi (we do not know, however, if IPS LCD or AMOLED);
- 4 GB of RAM memory;
- 32 GB of internal storage;
- SoC Qualcomm with Sense ID 3D Fingerprint;
- 16 Megapixel Photographic Sensor;
- Support LTE connectivity;
- Shell entirely in metal.
Considering the mention of the new Qualcomm ultrasonic fingerprint sensor whose compatibility is currently known only with Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 | Xiaomi Mi5 Will Support Qualcomm Sense ID 3D Fingerprint? |, it's pretty simple to do 2 + 2. It could therefore be a sort of test bench for the release of the top Xiaomi Mi5 range.
