Today Xiaomi has officially announced that the new Xiaomi Mi Note 3 will be released on September 11 along with the other Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 chinese home smartphone.
The news was also confirmed on Weibo (Chinese social network) by CEO and founder of Xiaomi Lei Jun, and were spotted in various advertising stores of the new Xiaomi product.
As we can see from the poster, the official slogan used for the new Xiaomi Mi Note 3 is translated: "A larger version of the Mi 6, which takes beautiful selfies and which takes beautiful photos of people". In fact, we know that Xiaomi's brand new smartphone will be equipped with the new facial recognition function, already stated in the MI MIX 2
From the Xiaomi Mi Note 3 box's picture images, we notice that this will not fit the Snapdragon 835 processor earlier, but this will be replaced by the 660 model.
The change of route seems to have been done because, as they will be launched at the same time, we want to highlight MI MIX 2 as the top flagship of the company, without going overlaps in the market sections.
Other Xiaomi Note 3 specifications will be 5.5 1080p screen, 6 GB RAM, 64 128 GB ROM, 3500mAh battery with Quick Charge 4.0 technology, we will have a curved glass body also used in Xioami Mi 6 with frames in aluminum that will guarantee a reduction in 6 grams compared to the Mi 6 while maintaining its robustness.
Moving to the photographic department, we will have a dual camera behind 12 Mpx, with optical zoom.
As far as frontal stuff is concerned, I will be from 12 Mpx, optimized for selfie and as previously said this will support facial recognition.
Xiami Mi Note 3 looks like an excellent device, but misses one of the most important parts to evaluate the purchase of a new smartphone: the price.
We know for sure that it will be launched with the Mi MIX 2, the choice will be difficult, which of the two would you prefer to buy? Let us know in the comments.
On Gearbest it is at Euro 684 Sigh ...
Let's see… I see a bit strange choices compared to the current Mi Note 2: smaller screen, lower battery in the first place. I hope they keep the IrDA (and maybe they put a DAB radio, having removed the FM). I think they made an excellent choice on the processor, hoping it is a symptom of low price.
the SD 660 is in all respects better than the 821 however eh 🙂
Anyway Qualcomm made a mess ...
You say? I am quite convinced (but not sure). Not that what is decisive ...
