Xiaomi Mi Day: the Italian event for the arrival of Mi 8, Mi Notebook and Mi Band 3
As you well know the 30 June was inaugurated on according to Italian Mi Store, at Metropoli shopping center in Novate Milanese, shop that will make a gift at the event Me day to be held on 14 July. On the Facebook page dedicated to the event are not reported details about what will happen if not the only postilla that cites: "A special day, an unmissable event!". One thing, however, immediately strikes the eye, looking at the official image, that is the presence of the new top of the Mi 8 range and the amazing Mi Notebook Air, that was recently presented officially also in Spain. So pulling the sums, we can hypothesize (but in reality we have our certainties) that at the Italian Mi Day the two products will also debut on the scene of our beautiful country. But not only because it seems the new Xiaomi Mi Band 3 is coming, so as stated on the post posted on Facebook, the Mi Day is a unique and exclusive opportunity to discover a very special novelty and take advantage of many promotions!
Xiaomi Mi Max 3 Pro could be real
Some news ago we talked about a probable Xiaomi Mi Max 3 Pro, who showed himself for a fleeting moment on the company website revealing the adoption of the Snapdragon 710 processor. Apparently, what is told seems to correspond to reality, at least to judge the alleged certification of the NCC entity (National Communication Commission). Unfortunately the certification shown in the images above does not provide great information other than the terminal model, M1804E4A, which should refer to the Mi Max 3 Pro. Of course these are more than hypotheses, in comparison to the TENAA certification which refers to the standard version of Mi Max 3, and we do not have any official about it but in any case from this new certification it is excluded that the increased variant of the new phablet adopts the much discussed Snapdragon 710, which has a clock of 2.2 Ghz while the M1804E4A model mounts a chipset from 1.8 Ghz. In any case, the Pro and standard variants seem to be ready for the official launch that could take place this month.
Xiaomi still in trouble for alleged patent infringement
With the increasing success of the Chinese brand, negative attention also grows. In fact Xiaomi has been seen to notify a cause for patent infringement, in particular the 3GPP Common Packet Channel standard, from the Chinese company Yuan Gongyi, who now asks for acompensation of 50 million yuan to Lei Jun's OEM. The aforementioned patent appears to have been apurchased by Yuan Gongyi company on December 8, 2016, which in fact made a claim for compensation to Xiaomi for using it in tWCDMA, TD-SCMDA, HSPA and LTE technologies on devices My 5X, Mi MAX 2, Mi Footnotes 3. The accusation is that of having produced and sold smartphones in China using the patent without the permission of the owner company. Of course it will be the competent people in the appropriate places to judge the reason for the dispute, and therefore we can only wish a big wolfish mouth to our beloved Xiaomi.
