Day full of rumors about the next Xiaomi Play today, and it is normal that this is so since the presentation of this smartphone dedicated to young people and connectivity is already scheduled for day 24 December, or the day after tomorrow.
Let's start with the latter presumed strong point of the Xiaomi Play: connectivity. These days several sources have announced that the smartphone will arrive, at least in China, with 10GB of free internet per month, thus allowing any user to stay connected for free (via WiFi or 10GB package). This seems to be an important detail as the Play is also promoted as an excellent device for the most avid gamer and no one wants to remain without a connection during the final phase of an online match.

Together with the "ubiquitous" data connection, the Xiaomi Play will then be equipped with a 5,84 inch display with 2280 × 1080 resolution (Full HD +), an aspect ratio of 19: 9 and notch drop, well 6GB of RAM for a great experience in multi-tasking and at least 64GB of internal memory.
Instead, regarding the CPU, strangely only 2 days from the presentation, we still have no certainty. An online certificate would suggest, however, that it is a MediaTek Helio P30 processor, this has been deduced from the number of cores (eight) and the maximum frequency of 2,3Ghz, which is present only on the just mentioned MediaTek chip.

A news that, if confirmed, would not please many users because it uses a "manufacturing process" of 16nm, instead of something more advanced like the 14nm of the Snapdragon 660 or 10nm of the 710. For those who do not know, having a better manufacturing process (smaller in size), means having a more efficient CPU, something we hope to find on Xiaomi Play as the same certified by the battery to only 2900mAh.
In addition to the specifics of the smartphone, which of course are the most important news, you will probably be pleased to know that Xiaomi will enter the Guinness World Records book with a project that does not have much practical in itself, but that seems really a Christmas idea nice. Xiaomi is in fact about to create a Christmas tree with 1000 Xiaomi Play, all in Hot Spot mode, in fact having the largest number of devices connected in that mode at the same time.
