Xiaomi at the beginning of this year he made his debut at CES presenting his concept phone Mi Mix, which for the occasion was in white ceramic. The most discussed and important smartphones for the 2017 were undoubtedly the sequel to the Mi Mix smartphone, namely the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 and the Mi Note 3, launched in the same event of presentation of the Chinese top of the range.
The 2018 CES will kick off the 9 January and will end the 12 January, but like many other OEMs, Xiaomi has not yet confirmed the presence. Despite this, numerous rumors coming directly from inside the company, see it possible that the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 can be presented at the event to be held in Las Vegas.
This information follows the recent certification in the Wi-Fi Alliance database (WFA), which means that Xiaomi is preparing to release the two smartphones on the global market. There could not be a better event to show these two technological beauties in the world.
As mentioned in the paragraphs above, the Xiaomi Mi Mix presented at CES 2017 showed a decidedly premium design compared to the standard, adopting a brand new white ceramic finish, although the rest of the features remained unchanged. In the case of Xiaomi Mi Mix 2, however, there is already a variant in white ceramic, but also a variant in black ceramic, and it is possible that both versions see the light at the CES 2018 event.
In addition to 128 GB storage space and 8 GB RAM, all other hardware specifications and features of the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 ceramic variant remain unchanged compared to the standard model, equipped with 6 GB RAM. Therefore we have one 5,9 inch LCD screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection and Full HD + resolution, CPU Snapdragon 835, Android 7.1 Nougat, camera from 12 MP with OIS to 4 axis, PDAF and two-color LED flash, 5 MP selfie camera and 3400 mAh battery with support for fast charging via USB-C port. Absent the audio jack from 3,5 mm surrogate through a Type-C adapter, while the fingerprint scanner is mounted on the back.
As for the Xiaomi Mi Note 3 instead we find a design virtually identical to that of the Xiaomi Mi 6, only that the Overall dimensions are larger at the expense of slightly less powerful performance. 5,5 inch Full HD screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection, CPU Snapdragon 660, 6 GB RAM, 64 GB / 128 GB of internal storage, dual 12 megapixel camera with OIS to 4 axis, 2X optical zoom, PDAF and two-color LED flash e selfie camera from 16 megapixel with the possibility to unlock the display through face recognition. Battery from 3500 mAh with support for quick charging via USB-C port, which is also used for the audio connectivity of the earphones. The smartphone like the 2 Mi Mix comes with OS Android 7.1 Nougat, but it Fingerprint scanner is mounted frontally.
