Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO years old update to Android 12 thanks to custom ROMs. Here is the download of those that have just come out: there is also Mi A1!

Android 12 arrives on Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO thanks to custom ROMs. But the great thing is that it arrives not only on recently released smartphones, but also on devices that official support has abandoned for a few years already. An example above all: Xiaomi Mi A1 which has just received the twelfth version of Android thanks to an AOSP. This particular smartphone was the first of the Chinese brand to be presented with Android One out-of-the-box, therefore with native stock Android.

Xiaomi Mi A1 follows the flagship killer par excellence, the smartphone that made history: POCO F1 he also receives Android 12, but with a different custom ROM. This time we are talking about one awakenedOS which, unfortunately, we have never tried but which promises good performances. It is, unlike before, an official ROM and therefore we expect a durable support without too many hitches.

Now let's talk about a much newer device in chronological line: Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 4G. The device was released a few months ago and is in effect the smallest of the Mi 11 family, or the last to be able to boast the MI logo. Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 4G receives the new version of the operating system thanks to the ArrowOS, another custom ROM that looks promising. However, in this case, it is a beta and therefore does not ensure the correct functioning of all the features.

Finally we find Redmi Note 5 (aka Redmi 5 Plus). A smartphone from 3 years ago that does not shine in terms of performance. However, things could change with the new operating system. Also in this case the custom ROM is one ArrowOS (unofficial). Below we leave you the links for the dedicated threads on the XDA Developers site.
