Until recently, however, everything revolved around the name Xiaomi but the update and support policy for its terminals does not seem to have changed, in fact the first beta version of Android Pie for the legendary Xiaomi Mi 6 has been available for a few hours.
Mi 6 is now a "dated" device although it can compete with many of the devices currently on the market. Launched in April 2017, it had to inherit the success of the previous top of the range Mi 5, still in vogue among the geeks of the Mi Fans community. It was the first device of the company to give meaning to a dual rear camera, introducing the beloved bokeh effect and although 3 generations have passed almost, they arrive at the current Mi 9, many hold tight this jewel orami unavailable.

On the other hand, Mi 6 is a compact, high-performance former top model that could find new life thanks to the major release of the green robot, Android 9 Pie. In a certain sense, the most juicy news is the fact that Xiaomi is still working on a dated device to keep it updated and up to date, when rival brands do not release updates even at the device launched this year. Anyway Mi 6 receives Android 9 Pie thanks to the MIUI 10 9.4.22 beta in Global version, which has a weight of about 1,5 GB.
