As reported by Xiaomi, the the features on these models are extremely different, just like the compatibility of the various additional functions and therefore need a development and longer tests. The company has also stated that i beta tester will receive the upgrade to the test ROM (China developer) starting from 28 August.
For those who have a ROM Global, however, the timing remains unchanged and you will have to wait until September to normally receive the update of your Global Beta ROM.
