Is it possible to remove all the scratches from the glass of a smartphone? Yes, with 4000 €

How to remove all scratch from the glass of a smartphone? This is a question that all users who are less attentive to the life of their device ask themselves. There is always a valid way? Unfortunately it is not an exact science and as it teaches us Zack Nelson (aka JerryRigEverything) up to a level 5 tip a device holds up. But when you get to 6 or 7, the glass inevitably begins to deteriorate. Here it comes to our aid a company that has created an ad hoc machine.

How to remove all the scratches from the glass of a smartphone: JerryRigEverything shows it to us in a video: a 4000 € machine is enough.

Usually the famous tech blogger Zach Nelsonn of the YouTube channel JerryRigEverything scratches and breaks smartphones in his videos. But but in his latest work, everything happens exactly the other way around. He decided to test a special car that he should remove scratches from mobile device screens. But will it really work? Let's see it together.

To restore the display of a smartphone from scratches, the blogger used a special device called refox extension. This is an automatic display repair grinding and polishing machine manufactured by Rewa. Its price starts from $ 3465, so this device is not so much for home use as for service centers that repair smartphones and tablets.

For the first test, the Zack took a iPhone 11 Pro, on the screen of which there were scratches from tools with a level of hardness of 6 and 7 on the Mohs scale and many other micro cuts. The iPhone was placed in a special mold and filled with silicone along the perimeter to prevent the liquid from penetrating into the body. Subsequently, the smartphone went inside the expensive car, where a huge rotating brush acted on the screen. For greater effect, the brush is constantly soaked in a special liquid - a polishing powder diluted with water and cerium oxide, which is harder than level 6 on the Mohs scale.

After five minutes inside the device, the iPhone 11 Pro's screen appeared to have just been taken out of the box. But there is a but: the oleophobic coating of the display went to hell and the blogger proves it by adding isopropyl to the screen itself. This remains attached to the glass where it was cast, but moves across the entire surface.

For the second test, a l 'was usediPhone XR with more serious damage. Its screen had deeper scratches and even cracks left by tools with a hardness level of 8 and 9 on the Mohs scale. For greater effect, the "polish" took about half an hour. Unfortunately, in this case, the miracle did not happen. The machine solved the problem of small scratches, but those deeper have not disappeared
