The new Diiib Shower System has in fact just been presented on the Xiaomi Youpin crowdfunding site with a starting price of 799 Yuan, or about 97 euros at the current exchange rate.
Let's start with the design that according to the brand is the most premium ever, in fact the Diiib shower column has already won the German iF Design Award 2020 in the "luxury user experience" category.
Going to the specifications, the shower head adopts rainwater spray technology with “silk effect” and a high quality temperature control technology. This is thanks to the use of a VERNET valve core imported from France which allows stable temperature control, good water retention and a more comfortable user experience. Furthermore, according to official data, the thermostatic valve core determines how long the shower can be used. While the Diiib Shower System showerhead is equipped with a patented filter grating to protect the valve, which can perform precise filtration, protect the valve core and extend its life.
The shower column then sees a three-dimensional switch design with a small integrated table that has three functions: opening, closing and temperature control. All arranged in an orderly way, making user control more convenient.
Finally, as regards the size of the upper square-shaped shower head, this is a full 13 inches, therefore it offers a wide flow of water, making the shower more pleasant and refreshing.
As mentioned previously, the Diiib Shower System has a starting price of 799 Yuan (97 €), but it is also available in different versions. We have that silver base at 799 Yuan and black at 999 Yuan (€ 121), while if you want the one with integrated thermostat you will have to spend at least 1599 Yuan (€ 194) for the silver one and 1799 Yuan (€ 219) for the black one .
