Stabledoodle, available today via clipdrop, analyzes a sketch of a design and generates an artistic representation based on the sketch. This service is meant for both professionals and novices, regardless of their familiarity with AI tools. With Stable Doodle, anyone with basic drawing skills and online access can generate high-quality original images in no time.
Unlike many other AI tools that turn sketches into images, Stable Doodle offers a more “precise” control over image generation. This is possible thanks to a conditional control solution developed by the Applied Research Center (ARC) of Tencent, call T2I adapter. This solution allows Stable Diffusion XL to accept sketches as input and drives the model to allow a better refinement of the work of art produced.

Stability AI's AI model not only accepts a sketch, but also a prompt to guide the image generation process, such as “A comfortable chair, 'isometric' style” or “Cat in a denim jacket, 'digital art' style”. At launch, Stable Doodle only supports 14 art styles, but customization is guaranteed.
Stability AI envisions the service in question as a tool for designers, illustrators, and other professionals to “free up valuable time” and “maximize efficiency” in their work. At the same time, the company warns that the quality of the images produced depends on the detail of the initial drawing and prompt description, as well as the complexity of the scene represented.
