We are talking about the Desktop or Screen Combo mode, in any case the mode that will allow us to connect the smartphone to our PC / Notebook and exploit all the potential of the MIUI 12 software directly on the large screen of the computer machine to which it is associated. In short, a new way to control and manage our smartphone directly from a PC, as Samsung has already made us appreciate with its solutions.
At the moment the software function is exclusive to Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra, but probably in the future it could also arrive on the best sellers of the Asian brand. In any case, with Mi 10 Ultra we could extend the functionality of our smartphone directly on the computer monitor. From the Desktop mode we could therefore control all the applications of our smartphone, including games but also chat with our social networks and call.
Oh yes, you got it right, we can make calls directly to our address book from the computer itself and even transfer files from the PC hard disk to the smartphone and vice versa, simply by dragging them from one window to another of the connected units.
