May 4th and 11th – “In the kitchen with Chef Arrigoni” from hours to 19.30 23.00
Two dinners curated by Tommaso Arrigoni, chef of the Innocenti Evasioni restaurant in Milan which in 2009 received the coveted Michelin Star. Arrigoni will take guests through a mini cooking class and a gastronomic journey to learn the basics of a "smart" menu.
10 and 24 May – “Scienza Espresso” with Maurice Melis from hours to 09.00 11.00
Seated around the large table, the participants will have breakfast together with the guest of the day, during his conversation with science communicator Maurizio Melis (“Smart City, Voices and Places of Innovation” on Radio 24 – Il Sole 24 Ore). The goal is to think together, to build an idea of the future that awaits us.
The first two appointments will take place over breakfast in conversation with some Italian scientists on the major issues of our time. The format is designed for anyone wishing to deepen their interest in science and technology without being able to dedicate an adequate time to it. An exceptional opportunity for stimulation, comparison and knowledge favored by an unusual formula for dealing with topics.
13 and 14 May – “Open House” from hours to 14.00 18.00
A weekend dedicated to planning. Casa Xiaomi participates in the eighth edition of Open House Milano which brings to the stage the signals of a new design sensitivity, virtuous practices that arise from a renewed fertility of thought. A 360° rebirth that involves our lifestyle in its many forms. The city is a synthesis of this change between architecture, design and urban planning, there are many expressions of the new relationship between man and his habitat.
May 18 – "Stand-In” with Vincenzo Albano from hours to 19.30 21.30
Monologues, reflections and points of view of a forty-year-old comedian who comes to terms with daily life and above all with advancing age. A slalom between all those aspects of daily life that waste so much time and that perhaps it is good to start limiting. And then a caustic lash on clichés, on the foibles of all of us, from sport to shopping. There is also room for the character of the small screen entertainment manager: Enzo Ratti. There will also be some songs to tie everything together, but not to be taken too seriously! STAND-IN is not stand-up, but is very close in essence: a microphone and the imagination of the comedian and the audience.
31 May - "Standing comedians" with Pippo Ricciardi, Emanuele Tumolo and Antonio Piazza from 18.00 am to 23.00 pm
An evening of stand up comedy in the plural. The monologues alternate with choral moments, in an original and unconventional stand-up format. They are three comedians but it is as if they were a single entity, like other great characters in the history of live entertainment.
