In January of this year, Honor brought the first flagship product of the Honor V40 series after independence from Huawei. A smartphone equipped with a flagship Dimensity 1000+ processor combined with a very high quality design that has been very successful in the mother country.
Honor 50 coming with a really interesting design
Now it would therefore be the turn of the Honor 40 according to the usual practice, but according to the latest rumors it may no longer be the case.
As reported by GSMARENA, in fact, Honor will skip the name "40" and will call the new series "Honor 50", with the aim of competing with the Huawei P50 series of the former parent company, a device that will be officially unveiled in May.
At the same time, the site also released some sketches of the Honor 50 series design. The image shows that the device will have a very finished and lightweight design, similar to that of the Honor V40. At the top left of the back cover we will find an oval module with three cameras, which also uses a unique dual ring design that strangely enough is similar to previous renders of the Huawei P50 series.
It is worth noting that from the design drawing, the Honor 50's main rear camera size is very large and should be equipped with a larger sensor. Earlier, Honor CEO Zhao Ming had also revealed that the new series will also have advanced imaging features and algorithms. So it is to be expected that the Honor 50 series will deliver uncompromising imaging performance.
