Among the Chinese brands producing smartphones and smartwatches, one of the most active is certainly Honor. The company, recently split from Huawei, a few days ago presented the Honor Play 20 in China, low-end device characterized by an excellent quality-price ratio. But that's not all: now a render of what it should be has popped up on the net Honor Play 5. Let's find out more details.
Honor Play 5 will be a low-mid-range smartphone
Some of the main technical characteristics of this device have been leaked in the render, which will first of all have a style very similar to that of the other smartphones of the Chinese company. Starting from the completely flat front glass and the front camera set in a drop notch. The rear cameras will be four, with the main sensor from 64 MP.
On the performance side, we only know that the Honor Play 5 will probably be equipped with one battery from 5000 mAh, with 66W fast charging support. For the rest, we can only assume that it will be a medium-low range device, in line with the aforementioned Play 20. And the price will settle poco under 200 euros.
In short, born from the detachment from Huawei, now Honor seems to want to attack the international market, in particular the European one. Until now it has had to contend with limitations on business partnerships, but is hard at work getting Google back for Android and the Play Store, Qualcomm and MediaTek for the chips.
We will see, in the meantime, the first top of the range is also expected, which however may not come out before the summer.
