IQOO Pad: here is the first tablet of the Chinese brand

iQOO, the sub-division of vivo, is launching its first tablet, named iQOO Hall. And she does it at the same time as IQOO Neo8 series. Let's find out more details on the data sheet of this new tablet.

IQOO Pad: technical specifications leaked

Even if the tablet market is going through a complicated phase, as are other sectors of technology, iQOO wants to try to enter it equally trying to bring news. From the leaked images it seems that iQOO Pad will have some features in common with the tablet I live Pad, since it belongs to its sub-brand.

Among these, support for the stylus pen for writing and drawing, but also the body, which should have magnetic pins to be able to connect a keyboard and transform the tablet into a portable PC. The display should be an I12,1″ PS LCD with resolution 2,8K (2800×1968 pixels), characterized by a density of 284 PPI, refresh rate of 144 Hz, brightness of 600 nits and support for HDR10.

In terms of performance, here is the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor, with Mali-G710 MC10 GPU. As for the memories, it is possible that 8 / 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 128 / 256 GB of non-expandable UFS 4.0 storage space will be installed. From the point of view of autonomy, IQOO Pad should mount a battery of 10000 mAh with fast charging at 44W (and reverse at 5W). Software side, there is likely to be the OriginOS 3 interface based on Android 13.

Also worth mentioning are the 13+2 MP dual cameras with ultra-wide angle and macro, the 8 MP selfie camera and an audio compartment that boasts four stereo speakers. The presence of WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC and USB-C 3.2 with DisplayPort support closes the data sheet.

Release date and price

At the moment the official presentation date of iQOO Pad is not known, but it is thought that the 23st May together with the iQOO Neo 8 and Neo 8 Pro models. Nothing is known about the price yet and all the information reported here is to be considered unofficial, given that the company has not yet confirmed it for the moment.
