The OPPO K10 series was presented in China: here are the technical data sheets and prices

The OPPO K10 series was officially presented in China, consisting of the two smartphones OPPO K10 e Oppo K10 Pro. In this article we make a picture of what are the technical characteristics, the price and the availability of these two Chinese smartphones.

Let's start with the aesthetic data. The two smartphones are both characterized by an important camera bumper, while the main differences concern the finishes (which differ depending on the color). The dimensions are virtually identical (K10 measures 164,3 x 75,8 x 8,73mm for 205g, while K10 Pro 162,7 x 75,7 x 8,56mm for 199g).

That said, the first main element of the data sheet of these two terminals is the display. OPPO K10 integrates one 6,59 ″ FHD + LTPS LCD screen with refresh rate equal to 120 Hz, while the Pro model comes with a 4 ″ AMOLED E6,62 panel with FHD + resolutionProtection Gorilla Glass 5, 2.5D curvature and refresh rate always from 120 Hz. Big difference also in the sampling of the touch, since in the first it is 240 Hz, while in the second it stands at 720 Hz.

Still on the subject of the display, a digital keyboard has been integrated in collaboration with both on one and the other Razer. It reproduces a tactile feedback similar to that of a mechanical keyboard, with also the simulation of RGB LEDs. You can also guess from this element that we are talking about two devices devoted to gaming.

We come now to the performance. OPPO K10 will be the first phone in the world to mount the Dimensity 8000-MAX processor at 5 nm, octa-core Cortex A-78 CPU up to 2,75 GHz and a brand new ARM Odin MC6 GPU up to 700 MHz. Combined with it, there will be configurations from 8 / 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128/256 GB of non-expandable UFS 3.1 memory, together with a 5000 mAh with quick charge to 67W.

As for OPPO K10 Pro, its performance is guaranteed by a processor Snapdragon 888, at 5 nm with octa-core Kryo 680 CPU up to 2,84 GHz and Adreno 660 GPU, combined with 8/12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128/256 GB of non-expandable UFS 3.1 memory. The battery is from 5000 mAh with quick charge from 80W.

Connectivity chapter. In the basic model we have 5G dual SIM support, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, X-Axis vibration motor, stereo speaker and mini-jack input. There is no mini-jack input in the Pro model. From the point of view of the photographic sector, OPPO K10 has a triple camera from 64 + 8 + 2 MP f/1.8-2.2-2.4 with 112 ° wide angle and macro sensor, while OPPO K10 Pro is instead equipped with a trio consisting of 50 + 8 + 2 MP f/1.8-2.2-2.4 with Sony IMX766, 120 ° wide angle and macro. Both have a 16MP selfie camera.

The last important element is the software side, where in both we find the ColorOS 12.1 based on the most recent Android 12, with Diamond VC Liquid Cooling for temperature dissipation.

And finally, let's analyze the prices of these two smartphones, which were launched in China with three configurations. OPPO K10 8/128 GB 1.999 yuan (284€), 8/256 GB: 2.199 yuan (313€), 12/256 GB: 2.499 yuan (355€). OPPO K10 Pro 8/128 GB: 2.499 yuan (355€), 8/256 GB: 2.799 yuan (398€), 12/256 GB: 3.199 yuan (455€).

As for their availability globally, it is possible that they may exit the Chinese market and debut here with us in the coming weeks, but in other guises. In fact, the insider Yogeshi Bar speculates that they can arrive on the Global market in the form of a OnePlus rebrand. All that remains is to wait for official indications.
