Yandex presented a beta version of the service for creating images starting from text description. The company showed the result of the work of the neural network, told how it works and how it will surprise after leaving the “beta” state. Masterpiece works like other image generators: you need to insert a detailed description of the creation we want, press the button and wait for the result. The more detailed the request, the better the image will be. For example, not "cat", but "a white cat lying on a bed in a dark room". Also, the neural network can take artistic styles into account and imitate the painters. To use this feature, style requests must be added to the request.

For example, the query "smiling dog on a green lawn" will return an image in the style you see above but if the result we want is to be in a Japanese style, for example, just say "anime style" or something similar. Masterpiece's first release was trained su 240 million examples of images with text descriptions. Continuing education on a dataset of 500 million examples and quality it will come gradually improved in the next updates.
