There has never been love between Xiaomi and Meizu, we know, but if the latest news were confirmed the "war" could grow in intensity with the release of the Meizu MX4.
The current Meizu tip phone, the Meizu MX3 with Octagon Exynos processor, was launched last September and, recently, the ROM installed on the device, the Flyme 3.0, has been updated with the Italian language, prologue of officialization of Meizu.it as the official Italian reseller of the company.
As happened in the past, Meizu's Jack Wong wasted no time and launched one of his now classic provocations on the company's forum. According to JW the Meizu MX4 will be the largest of the phones in the Meizu range, thanks to its 5,5-inch resolution with 2560 x 1536 pixels. The count is simple, the display will have a pixel density of 543ppi!
The next TOP RANGE of Meizu will also feature 3GB of RAM, 5 mega pixel front camera, 16 mega-pixel rear and OS Xmeum 4.0 based Android 4.4 KitKat. It is also interesting to note that the new phone could eventually "disengage" from Samsung in favor of a Qualcomm chipset, such as the Snapdragon 805 processor.
Well, you're wondering, but how does Meizu attack Xiaomi? Well, the "attack" should come from the price of the new Meizu MX4 that should be set to just 1999 yuan (about 235 euro)! How will Xiaomi respond? What is certain is that if these prices were confirmed, this war will surely benefit consumers ultimately!
The post Meizu plans to "hit and sink" Xiaomi with the release of the Meizu MX4 Appeared first on GizChina.it.
