The new MIUI 14 has been announced by Xiaomi this Sunday during the launch event of the company's new smartphones. In this sense, the presentation showed various innovations such as the use with smart objects and comparisons with iOS on the iPhone. The giant has spent many words to compare the two interfaces and actually did well. It seems that MIUI has reached (we do not exaggerate to say "exceeded") iOS.

To begin with, one of the points highlighted by the brand is in relation to the internal space that the operating system occupies with MIUI 14. Now, the software takes up around 13GB of the smartphone's storage space, which is a relief given that the previous version of the system was already well on its way to exceeding 16GB. This economy is due to the fact that the manufacturer had concentrated on the “cleaning ” of the interface. This also includes deleting several pre-installed apps, basically leaving the essentials.
Another point that the company showed during its presentation was in relation to the customization of MIUI 14. This promises many possibilities to its users. In this sense, you can customize your apps, widgets (size is understood) and even uninstall unnecessary system applications without having to root your device. With the new version of the operating system, the smartphone will be able to identify texts in images and interact with them, similar to iOS. Incidentally, Xiaomi has compared both software and promised higher accuracy in its operating system.
