The smartphone market is increasingly crowded and competitive, but there is a brand that seeks to stand out from the crowd with an innovative and original design: Nothing. It is a new company founded by Carl Pei, former co-founder of OnePlus.
Nothing Phone 2: the return of the transparent smartphone with top-of-the-range performance
No Phone 1 it attracted attention for its transparent appearance, which allows a glimpse of the internal components of the device, such as the battery, motherboard and cameras. A design that wants to express the brand's philosophy, based on simplicity, essentiality and transparency.
Now, Nothing has officially announced its successor: No Phone 2. The new model will be available from July 11 and will continue to follow the transparent body style of the previous generation, but with some improvements in terms of performance and functionality.
The main novelty of Nothing Phone 2 will be the Snapdragon 8+ processor more powerful, which will guarantee greater speed and fluidity in the execution of applications and games. The processor will be joined by 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal memory.
The screen will be a AMOLED panel from 6,67 inches with Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, for greater sharpness and smoothness of images. There battery will be 4500mAh and will support the quick charge to 65W, which will allow you to recharge your smartphone from 0 to 100% in about half an hour.
As for the photographic sector, the Nothing Phone 2 will have a back camera from 64 MP with f/1.8 aperture, accompanied by a 12 MP ultra-wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture and a 5 MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture. There front camera will instead be 16 MP with f/2.0 aperture and will be integrated into a hole on the screen.
Nothing Phone 2 will also be equipped with one fingerprint scanner under the screen, a stereo speaker with Dolby Atmos, a USB-C port and 5G connectivity. The operating system will be Android 12 customized with the Nothing OS interface.
The price of Nothing Phone 2 has not yet been revealed, but it is assumed that it will be much more expensive than the previous model, i.e. sui 699 €.
