Well, today blogger Digital Chat Station revealed on Weibo that Red Magic is preparing a new gaming phone model with a 6500 mAh battery and 80W fast charge. These features would make it one of the gaming phones with the longest battery life and fastest charging speed on the market.
Currently, Red Magic's main competitor is the ROG Phone, manufactured by Asus, which has a 6000mAh battery and 65W fast charging. If the information provided by the blogger is accurate, Red Magic would have a significant advantage in terms of battery life and recharge time.
However, the battery isn't the only factor that determines the gaming experience. Red Magic should also offer a high-end hardware configuration, with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, at least 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory. Also, the screen should have a refresh rate of at least 120Hz, to ensure smooth and responsive graphics.
Design-wise, the Chinese brand's new gaming phone is expected to follow the style of the Red Magic 8 Pro series, which has received a lot of praise for its futuristic look and customizable RGB lights. The phone is also expected to keep the built-in fan cooling system, which helps dissipate the heat generated by the processor during intensive gaming.
