While the OnePlus Nord 2 launch is getting closer and closer, new rumors of the next device of the Chinese house keep popping up on the net. Some relaunched by the same company, others by professional leakers. As in the case of the rumors leaked a few hours ago on the 91mobiles website.
The OnePlus Nord 2 will have a 4500mAh battery and a 50MP Sony main sensor
First of all, let's start from the battery that OnePlus Nord 2 will integrate inside it: according to 91mobiles, it will be 4500 mAh, with support to the 65W fast charging. As for the camera compartment, the device will mount a Sony main sensor 766MP IMX50, an 8MP ultra wide sensor and a 2MP mono sensor. Frontally there will no longer be the two selfie cams, but a symphonic hole with a 616 MP Sony IMX2 sensor.
Still according to the leakers, the photographic sector will also be able to count on "AI Resolution Boost" for Instagram and Snapchat and on "AI Color Boost" and "AI HDR Remapping" to improve the final result of the shots. Also worth mentioning is the presence of a double speaker, UFS .1 type, dual 5G, Haptic 2.0 and an AI-optimized gaming mode.
With reference to the construction materials, OnePlus Nord 2 should have a plastic frame, but both the front and the back will be made of Gorilla Glass 5. The colors will instead be two: Gray Sierra and Blue Haze.
Finally, prices chapter: only those for the Indian market are filtered, but they can be useful as a reference. The smartphone in India will cost Rs 31.999, that is approximately EUR 363, in the configuration of 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory, while the variant with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage will be sold for 34.999 Rs, which is the equivalent of 398 €.
