POCO C4 will debut on September 30: will it be a rebrand of Redmi 10?

The new C-series smartphone is expected to arrive under the name of POCO C4, although for superstition reasons (4 brings evil in China), one could jump straight to POCO C5.

As for the specifications, to date no leaks have been leaked on the device, but we expect hardware similar to that of the Redmi 10. This means that we could find the MediaTek Helio G88 processor, combined with a maximum of 6 GB of RAM. and 128 GB of internal memory.

For photos it is possible the presence of four cameras with a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra wide, a 2MP macro and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, we might find an 8MP camera.

The Redmi 10 is also equipped with a 6,5 ″ LCD screen with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, with AdaptiveSync refresh rate (45Hz, 60Hz, 90Hz) and a central hole. Finally, to power everything we find a large battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh and there is support for fast charging from 18 W.

If instead we go to see the predecessor, the POCO C3. The smartphone was equipped with an entry-level chipset produced by MediaTek, the Helio G35, an octa-core processor dedicated to gamers that can go up to a frequency of 2.3GHz.

Finally, as far as the cameras are concerned, the device adopted a total of three cameras on the back with an artificial intelligence optimization. These cameras have a resolution of 13MP for the main one, 2MP for the macro camera and 2MP for the depth sensor. For selfies we find instead a 5MP sensor.
