realme Book debuted worldwide as announced for some time. This is the first laptop ever from the cousin of OnePlus, vivo and Oppo. Interestingly it is the only one of the BBK Electronics family to have presented a PC. However, this could mean that other companies will follow suit as well. In any case, let's see all the specifications of the laptop that has just debuted and that launches the challenge to Xiaomi laptops.

As part of the global presentation, realme has announced the release of its first realme Book laptop. During development, the manufacturer focused on compactness, screen quality and performance, while maintaining the traditional affordable price. realme Book is made in a all-metal houses with a thickness of 14.9 mm and a weight of 1.38 kg. It has a 14 ″ IPS display with a resolution of 2160 x 1440 pixels, a maximum brightness of 400 nits and a coverage of 100% of the sRGB color space. The screen is covered with a Tempered Corning Gorilla Glass.

The laptop is available in two versions: with an Intel Core i5-11300H processor and Intel Iris XE Graphics or Intel Core i3-1115G4 and Intel UHD Graphics to choose from. There is 8 or 16GB of LPDDR4x 4266MHz RAM available, and a high-speed 512GB PCIe SSD is provided for data storage. A pair of fans is responsible for cooling of the components.
The laptop has a three-level backlit keyboard with 1.3mm key travel. Below is a 123.8 x 78.2 mm trackpad with support for the Microsoft PTP Clickpad technology. The built-in 54 Wh battery offers up to 11 hours of battery life when playing 1080p video. There is support for fast charging: up to 50% in just 30 minutesi.
The set includes USB Type-C (Thundebold 4 with data transfer rates up to 40 Gb / s), USB Type-C (USB 3.2 Gen 2), USB Type-A (USB 3.1 Gen 1) and 3.5mm jack for headphones. Here I'm Dual band Wi-Fi 6 (in the version with Core i3 only Wi-Fi 5) e Bluetooth 5.2 (in the version with Core i3 there is Bluetooth 5.2). A fingerprint scanner is built into the power button and one responds to the sound pair of speakers with Harman tuning and DTS surround sound.
