As we learned a few days ago, Realme could present a new entry level device with the name of Realme C12.
Realme C12 caught on GeekBench with MediaTek Helio P35
The smartphone with model number RMX2189 has already passed through the major certification authorities in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and China. Well, today, the device was also caught on the GeekBench benchmarking platform. The platform includes information on the onboard chipset, the MediaTek Helio P35, along with 3GB of RAM and Android 10 as the operating system.
The EMX2189 identifier is also mentioned on the BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) website, which means we can add India to the aforementioned list of countries that are sure to receive the Realme C12. Other leaked details on the new model, which is expected to fit right between the current Realme C11 and C15, include 4G-only connectivity, an HD + display with drop notch, just like on the big brother, and a 3,5mm jack. The C11 is also expected to adopt a massive 6.000mAh battery and basic 10W (5V to 2A) charging.
Smartphones of this caliber rarely have a launch event, so we expect the Realme C12 to simply go to the official website shortly. That said, it is still a terminal to keep an eye on for the low end.
