The Realme Narzo 60 series has a launch date: everything we know

The smartphone manufacturer Realme is ready to launch the new series Narzo 60 in India. Today we also discover that the presentation of the series Narzo 60 will take place on July 6 and the event will go live at 12:00. The Narzo devices will be a mid-range range that should compete with the models Realme 11 Pro and 11 Pro+ just launched in Italy. But what are the characteristics and differences between these devices? Let's see them together.

The Realme Narzo 60 series has a launch date: everything we know

Since the company has already teased the design of the new phones, showing a photo of the back of one of them, we already see that the design is very similar to that of the Realme 11 Pro and 11 Pro+, with a rectangular rear camera and flash module Circular LED. However, there are some differences: the reverse side of the Narzo 60 series has an inscription “NARZO” large and does not have the decorative stitching that characterizes the Realme 11 Pro models. Furthermore, the color shown in the photo is called “Martian Horizon” and is a shade of orange.

As for the technical specifications, we know that the Narzo 60 series will consist of two models: the Narzo 60 and the Narzo 60 Pro. Both will have a back camera from 100 MP, like the Realme 11 Pro, but we don't know if they will also have one 8 MP ultra wide angle camera, like the Realme 11 Pro+. We also still don't know the screen size, battery capacity and other features of the new phones.

What we do know, however, is that the Narzo 60 series will have a different processor from that of the Realme 11 Pro. According to some rumors, the Narzo 60 will be equipped with a chipset MediaTek Dimensity 6020, while the Narzo 60 Pro will have a Dimensity 7050. These processors have substantial differences: the Dimension 6020 is based on 7 nm technology, has four Cortex-A76 cores at 2 GHz and four Cortex-A55 cores at 2 GHz, and a Mali-G57 MC3 GPU. The Dimension 7050, on the other hand, is based on 6 nm technology, has two Cortex-A78 cores at 2,6 GHz, six Cortex-A55 cores at 2 GHz and a Mali-G68 MC4 GPU. This means that the Narzo 60 Pro should outperform the Narzo 60.
