Today, the official Realme account on the social Weibo (the Chinese Twitter) has finally shared the launch date of the much talked about Realme V5.
Realme V5: Officially confirmed the presentation date
As we can see in the poster above, the date decided for the launch of the new device would be August 3 at 14:00.
As for the specifications, it had previously been speculated that the V5 would be a mid-range smartphone in terms of SoC. However, the official teaser released by Realme just yesterday denied this.
In fact, the Antutu score of the device was hidden in the image and this score would be in line with the Snapdragon 865, therefore no MediaTek Dimensity 720.
We also found that the Realme V5 will arrive with a fast charge that exceeds 60 W, but at the same time it will be equipped with an LCD screen and a side fingerprint unlocking solution. So overall it should be a model that tries to lower the final price while maintaining the best Snapdragon 865 SoC.
Finally, the nickname of this device also appeared on Weibo, or "Realme V5 Flash Charge Orly". This means that the smartphone could be equipped with the 125 W flash charging technology that Realme officially announced a few days ago.
