We have from poco attended the launch event of the new Redmi Note family designed for the European market, which we are already talking about new devices linked to the Redmi brand. This time to enrich itself with new members is the Redmi K30 series which, from the recent addition of the Pro and Zoom Edition variant, also provides for the acceptance of the Lite versions.
In fact, the alleged K30i seems to have received the certification of the Telecommunication Certification Center of the Chinese Ministry of Technology, model M2001G7AC, which boasts the new 5G connectivity technology and a 48 MP main camera. Observing the dates of the certification it is clear that the debut of this mysterious smartphone could take place closely, perhaps in the coming weeks.
Going beyond the mere technical specifications, these new devices will be particularly appreciated by the public, as they will cost significantly less than the current Redmi K30. But as already mentioned the expected variations on the Redmi front are two and therefore to add to the rumors / leak of K30i we think the K30 Lite, even if the indiscretions seem to convey to a single model, whose name should differ about the marketing market , variant "i" for India and Lite for the Chinese market.

But apart from the doubts about the name, the new device is confirmed directly by the TENAA body, although the certification at the moment is devoid of specifications, which could occur in the coming days. In any case, the renderings that appeared on the Chinese database show us an almost total similarity to the original model, aka Redmi K30, also by lightening the front you can see a perforated display to accommodate the dual selfie camera.
Behind the original look of the K30 series is maintained, consisting of a photographic module with circular texture to surround it, in which a uad camera is drowned whose sensors will probably be "weakened" compared to the paternal model, in fact the rumors about it suggest a sensor 48 MP primary instead of 64 MP. The doubt that grieves the fans of the brand concerns the CPU, as if the acronym 5G would theoretically extend the adoption of a SoC by Qualcomm, but probably the Redmi company would also be thinking about the acquisition of a MediaTek chipset, which on May 7 it should present its new creatures, such as the Dimensity 800 and 800 Plus.
