After a period of just one week from the last series Xiaomi Mi 10, the sub-brand of the Chinese giant, Redmi, seems already in the process of launching its competitor in the top of the range category; we are clearly talking about the next Redmi K30 Pro.
Redmi K30 Pro certified in China with 33W fast charge
The smartphone which we have reported for several weeks would have just appeared on the official 3C Chinese certification site. On the site, we can see two devices with model name M2001J11E and M2001J11C, which most likely correspond to two versions of the Redmi K30 Pro.
Together with the two certified models, it is also possible to check the charging power of the battery chargers with which they have been tested. Specifically, we have battery chargers that operate at 5V / 3A, 9V / 3A, 12V / 2.25A, 20V / 1.35A and 11V / 3A. Consequently, according to the data just leaked, the smartphone adopts a fast charge with a maximum power of 33W (11V / 3A).
So Xiaomi would have decided to bring a much slower recharge on the K30 Pro so as not to affect the sales of Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro with a 50W recharge. Having said that, we must however remember that the Xiaomi Mi 10 base supports a maximum power of 30W. This means that theoretically the Redmi flagship will be slightly more advanced, at least from the charging point of view, compared to the Xiaomi flagship; an interesting fact to think about.
As for the other specifications, the Redmi K30 Pro should arrive with a large screen and 120Hz refresh rate. We should then find the new Sony 64MP sensor, we refer to the Sony IMX686 with a size of 1 / 1.7 inches, therefore smaller when compared with that of the Xiaomi Mi 10 from 1 / 1.33 ".
Finally, the smartphone will adopt the performance Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 as processor, accompanied by a Snapdragon X55 modem to add 5G connectivity which will be dual mode; so both SA and NSA.
