Redmi K40 Gaming Inverse Scale Special Edition official in China

In the first half of this year, Redmi launched its first gaming phone under the name of Redmi K40 Gaming Edition. The general manager of Redmi, Lu Weibing, had said that gaming smartphones are in high demand from Redmi users, therefore, Redmi has decided to officially enter the field of e-sports.

Well, having anticipated it yesterday, today the Redmi K40 Gaming Edition has finally received a variant with a different color scheme. The new smartphone arrives under the name of Redmi K40 Gaming Edition Inverse Scale Special Edition and will be available in China at a price of 2699 yuan for the version with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal memory starting from 29 July.

According to the official introduction, Redmi K40 Gaming Edition Inverse Scale Special Edition has the same powerful configuration as the standard version, while adopting a unique and truly hardcore look.

In fact, the smartphone arrives with a unique craftsmanship, a natural texture and so meticulous as to contain thousands of very aggressive micro facets.

As mentioned above, the main specifications remain unchanged, this means that the device uses a 6,67 inch flexible OLED screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz, is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 flagship processor, a 5065 battery mAh and supports 67W flash charging.

For photos, the smartphone adopts a 64-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra wide-angle camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The main camera sensor also supports 4-in-1 pixels, capable of synthesizing 1,4um large pixels in low light conditions, improving the ability to take photos in night scenes.

Finally, the smartphone arrives pre-installed with the MIUI 12.5 operating system. The new OS focuses on security and privacy, super wallpaper, dynamic design, tactile design, system optimization.
