The next RedmiBook we have been talking about for a few days and which will be unveiled during the launch conference of the Redmi K40 in February is today the protagonist of a new teaser. The official profile of Redmi has in fact just published on Weibo (the Chinese Twitter) the first photo of the next generation laptop, the RedmiBook Pro 15.
RedmiBook Pro 15: released the first official image, design inspired by the MacBook?
As we can see in the image, the new RedmiBook Pro 15 seems to use a body with an all-metal shell. We then note the presence of a USB Type-C port (the reversible one) and an HDMI port for transmitting the video signal to an external monitor or TV, both on the left side of the laptop. The rear hinge also appears to have seen an upgrade, with a more refined design very similar to that of the high-end MacBooks produced by Apple.
As for the other technical characteristics, in the previous days we learned that the new series of Redmi laptops will be available with the latest 35th generation Intel processors on board, or Intel Tiger Lake H4. This is an upgraded generation of the low-power U series, with a 8-core, 5,0-thread chipset, a turbo frequency of up to XNUMX GHz and a significant performance improvement.
In particular, according to benchmarks leaked in the past, we will have two versions with 5th generation Core i7 and i11 with Core i5-11300H CPU and one with Core i7-11370H CPU. Both laptops come with 16GB of RAM and run on the Windows 10 operating system.
The brand is also expected to present the RedmiBook Pro 15S series with AMD Ryzen processors. In this case we have the version with Ryzen 5 5600H CPU in two options with 8 GB of RAM or 16 GB of RAM, while the more performing Ryzen 7 5800H model was caught with 16 GB of RAM.
