Space Invaders coming for the Huami AmazFit smartwatch?

A day dedicated to wearables today, we finish with another news concerning the Amazfit series of smartwatches, which in addition to the new watchfaces that should receive soon, will in future also be accompanied by "video games wrist".

The video game in question would seem to be a mini version of the very famous Space Invaders in which a spaceship coming from the earth tries to eliminate the alien ones that are attacking us. In this case, given the small size of the display, you can only play with a finger that presses left and right of the spacecraft to move and above it to shoot.

The GIF you see above was published by Huami's official profile and is therefore not something created by smartwatch fans with too much free time. The team of Huami would in fact be thinking of releasing this video game, that yes, it would be an added value for the device, but it makes us remain a bit 'perplexed. Why address resources in the development of a mini video game when it could allocate them for general improvements, bug fixes and more?

Obviously we believe that if Huami has decided to invest in this mini-game, all that just mentioned has already been planned and solved, and that it has not taken time to resolve them.

As we also think the Chinese users questioned by the company on the social had asked "if we produce a mini game for AmazFit, you would be favorable or against?". Some have replied that there are other priorities such as optimizing the system and maybe adding new watchfaces, while others do not seem to expect anything else.

The truth, as very often, is probably in the middle. Surely Huami must optimize the smartwatch to the best of all things, if after add some mini games to attract new users, what's wrong?
