Vivo has just announced the Vivo Y53s 5G in its Global version. The smartphone was actually launched in China a month ago but with different hardware; let's go find out more.
Vivo Y53s official 5G Global with MediaTek Helio G80 and 64MP camera
The Vivo Y53s is equipped with a Helio G80, along with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in storage, with a dedicated microSD card slot.
This hardware powers a 6,58-inch IPS LCD panel with a teardrop notch, which offers a Full HD + resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels.
For photos, the smartphone adopts a 16-megapixel front camera, while on the back we have three sensors with a 64-megapixel main camera with f / 1,79 aperture, a 2-megapixel depth sensor and a 2-megapixel macro camera. It offers photo functions such as night shot (front and back), portrait, panorama, live photo, slow motion, time-lapse, professional mode and Full HD video recording.
The smartphone comes with a 5.000mAh battery that supports fast charging via USB Type-C. Then we have the power button of the device which also acts as a fingerprint scanner. For connectivity, the device supports dual SIM with VoLTE support, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and a 3,5mm audio jack. Finally, the Vivo Y53s runs on the Android 11 operating system and the FunTouch 11.1 operating system.
The Vivo Y53s is currently only official in Vietnam with a price of 6.990.000 VND, about 250 euros at the exchange rate.
