La Xiaomi Band 8 breaks away from the traditional design language of the brand's previous generations of smart bands. This time we find indeed a central metal frame and is available in two colors: Black and Light Gold.

Software side, the Xiaomi Band 8 supports of the most interesting dials on which you can enter and "play" with a tap. These games include pinball, 2048 and others.
While in regards to sports, the Band 8 supports comprehensive sports tracking with up to 150 sports modes and professional sports algorithms. The fitness band also integrates high-performance sensors from Goodix to offer more accurate heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring.
In terms of battery life, the Xiaomi Band 8 has one battery life of 16 days with typical use and 5 days with AOD (AlwaysOnDisplay). It also supports 2C fast charging and the charging time is shortened to less than 1 hour.
Finally, in terms of prices, the starting price of the standard version of the Band 8 is 239 yuan (31 euros), while the NFC version has a starting price of 279 yuan (37 euro).
