In addition to having launched an avalanche of new household products, the Chinese giant also presented two new mobility products, the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 and 4 Lite.
Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 and 4 Lite official in Italy: specifications and prices
Let's start by remembering that Xiaomi already has two scooters in the Scooter 4 series, namely the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Pro and Ultra, so today the range is further expanded with two new models: the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 and 4 Lite.
The two scooters are respectively equipped with a 600W and 300W motor capable of reaching a maximum speed of 20 km/h2. While as far as autonomy is concerned, thanks to the battery with a capacity of 7,650mAh, the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 is capable of covering distances up to 35km on a single charge, easily overcoming gradients of up to 16%.
As for the 4 Lite version, we find one instead battery 5,200mAh which ensures aautonomy of 20km.
As for the braking system, the Scooter 4 Lite comes with a drum brake on the rear wheel and the system Front wheel E-ABS, which reduce the braking distance thus ensuring greater safety.
The most premium Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 is instead equipped with improved double action disc brake on the rear wheel for optimized control efficiency. This, together with the front wheel E-ABS system, allows for a shorter braking distance.
As with the other scooters in the series, the two scooters can be connected to the Xiaomi Home app via Bluetooth to check real-time speed and charge, update firmware and monitor riding data.
Prices and availability
- Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 and Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Lite are available on the market from today respectively at the price of 549,99 € e 449,99 €.
In particular from today until June 4th, lo Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 will be available for purchase at the early bird price of 499,99 € su Mediaworld, Unieuro, Euronics and Amazon; while Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Lite will be buyable on Mediaworld, Unieuro, Euronics, Amazon, Expert and Trony at the early bird price of 399,99 €.
Also, starting today both products will be available in pre order on mi.com and the actual sales will start from June 12th.
