Xiaomi Laser Printer K100 announced in China: it is the new compact and economical laser printer

This afternoon, Chinese tech giant Xiaomi released a new printer, the Xiaomi Laser Printer K100. The laser printer will go on presale in China until February 21 at the special price of 849 yuan, about 116 euros, while its list price will be 899 yuan, about 123 euros at current exchange rates.

The Xiaomi Laser Printer K100 has a size of 331 × 178 mm, so it is a small printer that covers a surface poco larger than a sheet of A4 paper. It is suitable for a variety of printing scenarios and can be managed efficiently at home, in the studio or in the office.

The product supports both printing via a USB cable and wireless printing. It also supports NFC chip soft touch to call up the printer application page, making WPS documents on the smartphone can be printed with one touch and quickly.

The Xiaomi Laser Printer K100 also supports mobile phone capture and scan, automatic edge recognition, manual optimization and adjustment, with multi-page files can be directly captured and archived as PDF files.

As for "performance", the Xiaomi printer supports printing of 20 pages per minute. Using the high-quality original toner, the edge of the text is sharp, the printed test paper is clear, and the page outline is not smudged.

The Xiaomi Laser Printer K100 is designed with a replaceable toner cartridge. The toner cartridge costs 249 yuan (34 euros) in China and can print up to 1500 pages, costing about 0,16 yuan (0,02 euros) per page.

Finally, we note that this model is actually a downgrade of the previously presented K200 printer which obviously has a higher price (1499 yuan - 204 euros).
