From HongKong (HK) warehouse, the GLS courier has always been a story for delivery to the Islands with ItalyExpress. By now for Sardinia and Sicily the problem has improved but remains for smaller islands.
You have 3 alternatives:
1. DHL Shipping
2. Refund (usually in 24 hours)
3. Send it to a friend on the peninsula and then send it back

Sorry if I ask for help again: in the end I would opt for the refund, because even sending it to Naples, gearbest (I don't know why) could only ship it with FORAM4PX (I think it's the 4px courier). From GB they said it's the same thing, but from what little I've seen online there is the risk of paying customs and at that point it wouldn't be worth it anymore. Do you have any suggestions for asking for a refund (I paid via paypal)? Is it enough to ask for it via ticket or do I have to open some procedure from paypal? Thanks again 🙂
Look, there is something wrong, in Naples they ship safely with BRT and Italy Express. Get a refund and redo the order directly with shipping to Naples.
