In the last few days we have done nothing but talk about the new series Xiaomi CC coming tomorrow, 2 July day 2019, with the first three devices: the Xiaomi CC9, Xiaomi CC9e and Xiaomi CC9 Meitu Custom Edition. Although it is very likely that these devices will also be presented in a Global version, a good number of Mi fans would perhaps prefer to see another series in their place, let's talk about the "Mi A" series.
The new series would obviously include the Xiaomi Mi A3 and the cheaper Mi A3 Lite. Well, rumors coming from China today would suggest that these two terminals could actually be ready for launch, even if under another name in the Asian country, to then arrive in Europe and the rest of the world in the Android One version.
Xiaomi Mi A3: Will it be the Global version of the Xiaomi CC9?
At this point it is quite clear that we are talking about the Xiaomi CC9 series which could just change the name and "skin" (Android skin) in our country and be sold as Xiaomi Mi A3.
As many of you will know, this would be nothing new. Last year Xiaomi used the same tactics but this time it was Xiaomi Mi 6X, a great device centered on the photographic sector, which later became Xiaomi Mi A2 with a stock version of Android on board, instead of MIUI. Let's not forget even the Redmi 6 Pro, also transformed into Mi A2 Lite.
To make this hypothesis a bit more realistic, now comes a new indiscretion that highlights the similarity of the code names of the different smartphone series.

M1805D1Sx- Redmi 6 Pro / Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite
M1906F9Sx- Xiaomi Mi CC9eM1804D2Sx- Xiaomi Mi 6X / Xiaomi Mi A2
M1904F3Bx- Xiaomi Mi CC9 Mito Edition
M1905F9Sx- Xiaomi Mi? X / Xiaomi Mi A3- Sudhanshu Ambhore (@Sudhanshu1414) June 29, 2019
As we can see in the tweet above, Sudhanshu Ambhore states that the code name of the Xiaomi CC9e is M1906F9Sx, which is very similar to that of the Redmi 6 Pro / Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite presented last year. Therefore, as a result, the Xiaomi CC9 will become the Xiaomi Mi A3 outside of China.
As for the specifications, if these two hypotheses are correct, we will have a Mi A3 with Snapdragon 730 processor, at least 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory. The screen will be from 6,39 inches with Full HD resolution and a fingerprint sensor below. They will have a resolution of 48MP in the back (Sony IMX586 or IMX582 sensor), while in front we will find an 32MP camera for ultra-high resolution selfies. Finally, as far as the battery is concerned, this will have a capacity of around 4000mAh.
The Xiaomi Mi A3 Lite should instead be more compact, on the 6 inches, adopt a Snapdragon 712, LCD screen and rear fingerprint sensor.
Now tell us yours, what do you think of these two hypotheses? Would you be interested in a Mi A3 and Mi A3 Lite with these specifications? Let us know in the comments section below!
