As officially confirmed by Daniel Desjarlai, company communications director, Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 will not leave China. This means that there will be no Global variant if not the one that will be exported and on which an unofficial ROM will be installed such as the Xiaomi.eu. This, we recall, is a Chinese ROM translated into Italian (as in other languages) and equipped with Google services.
The foldable phone market is constantly evolving. While brands such as Samsung, Huawei and Motorola have already made their entrance for some time, others such as Tecno are starting to take their first steps with products such as the Phantom V Fold. Even Oppo is not standing by and, after launching the Find N2 Flip, she seems ready to present the FindN3.
As brands like OnePlus and Honor prepare to launch their foldable devices on the global market, Xiaomi seems to have decided to take a break. The reasons for this choice are not yet clear, but it is rumored that the Chinese manufacturer could make its own entering the global foldable phone market only in 2024.

But let's get to the device in question. The Mix Fold 3, already available in China, comes with a 8,03 inch AMOLED LTPO foldable display it's one 6,56 inch AMOLED external screen. Both screens boast a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring unprecedented fluidity.
Performance-wise, the device does not disappoint. It is powered by the powerful chip Snapdragon 8 Gen2 and offers different RAM and storage configurations, including a top-of-the-line version with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.
Photography is another strong point of the Mix Fold 3. In addition to a dual front camera from 20 megapixel, on the back we find a complex system of four cameras, including a main one from 50 megapixel optimized by Leica and three cameras with mount OIS and different zoom capabilities.
