Xiaomi has just expanded its portfolio of kitchen products with a new, very advanced food processor with the name of Solista Smart Cooking Machine. The appliance will help all those who are too lazy to cook by themselves or who may not have much time available.
The product is now in the crowdfunding campaign on Xiaomi Youpin's official platform at 999 Yuan. Let's find out together!
Xiaomi Soloist Smart Cooking Machine, the new super cheap food processor
What is the Xiaomi Solista Smart Cooking Machine? Well, we could say very simply that it is the equivalent of the Italian Thermomix. In fact, it is able to perform the functions of various appliances such as blending, mincing, mixing, slicing, grinding, mincing, kneading and cooking; in fact, speeding up and simplifying work in the kitchen.
The Solista food processor can reach a maximum power of 1600W and has a high precision temperature control system. This allows the temperature to be adjusted perfectly, avoiding the production of fumes due to overheating of the food. Consequently, no dedicated ventilation system should be adopted.
The Solista Smart Cooking Machine then adopts a structure with two specifically patented blades to simulate frying in a pan, a must in Chinese cuisine. While the design is very minimalist with white and yellow coloring, glass lid and a capacity of 3,5 liters.
Among the other features we find the presence of a dedicated application that will help us cook. In particular it will show us different recipes, the quantity of ingredients to use and which profile to choose for perfect cooking.
Finally, we note that the name of the brand "Solista" derives from the same Italian word. This brand in the Xiaomi platform is in fact involved in creating devices that help the Chinese cook independently and more easily.
