Chinese smartphone maker ZTE has just teased the upcoming ZTE Axon 30 Ultra once again by posting the first photos and stating that the smartphone will be 8,0mm thick. For comparison, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra has a body thickness of 8,38mm, while the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a thickness of 8,9mm. So it will certainly be one of the thinnest flagships on the market.

Being a top of the range, the smartphone will equip the performing Snapdragon 888, as confirmed today by the Chinese brand.
ZTE also stated that the current Snapdragon 888 flagships have adopted a traditional construction and have a greater thickness to achieve a larger working area. Instead, the ZTE design team created a better design which at the same time placed the heat dissipation system with a triple vapor chamber sealed with ice, therefore much more efficient.
In addition to thickness, we now know that the Axon 30 Ultra will be equipped with a 4.600mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging. According to ZTE, the smartphone only takes 15 minutes to get 50% recharge from scratch.
We will also find typical features of flagships such as dual-band GPS, NFC, Wi-Fi 6E and triple microphones.
The ZTE Axon 30 Ultra will be officially unveiled tomorrow, April 15th.
