It was early June when we first told you about the existence of Sapphire, the first smartwatch of 70mai. Probably some of you will not be aware of this company but it is a brand very close to Xiaomi. It is in effect a sub-brand of the Chinese giant that mainly deals with dash cam and other products dedicated to the car. At least that has been so far as he is on the home straight with his first wearable. In these two and a half months has prepared their own smart watch. Let's see the details together.

We are now getting used to the presence of some products that up to poco ago could not buy because on Youpin: it is in fact thanks to Indiegogo that some of them are coming to Europe. Among them there will also be 70mai Sapphire Smartwatch, the very first wearable of the Chinese company specializing in dash cams. After a few months of Beta test, carried out thanks to very lucky users, made its first appearance on the crowdfunding portal, revealing some details hitherto unknown.
Let's start with the design. This wrist device looks different than what we are used to seeing as it has a display without curved edges. This character may or may not like it but undoubtedly allows you to recognize it from the crowd. For the moment the magnitude of the AMOLED panel front but we know that the pixel density will be 326 ppi, in the average of what we find on the market. The glass is covered with a thin layer of sapphire that fits on the edges with a shell entirely in metal. Among the features stand out the possibility of using the voice assistant Amazon Alexa and well 20 different sports activities. Among these there are also those that involve immersion in water and in fact the device supports immersion up to 5ATM (50 meters deep).
It is basically a sports watch. Among other things, of course, there is the possibility of monitor your heart rate continuously, even at night. This will allow you to control the quality of sleep through the various options. We also see the presence of the stress detector, a feature that not all smartwatches have. 70mai Sapphire Smartwatch is equipped with a battery from 320 mAh rechargeable in 2 hours and that allows an "all off" use of three weeks. Unfortunately does not support call answer and message reply but it allows you to visualize both.
A mole: the SP02 function is not present to control the level of oxygenation of the blood. But poco it matters given the price: this is the thing that strikes the most since during the early bird the cost will be $ 99, about € 85 at current exchange rates. The launch is expected by first half of September. The colors available immediately will be three: black, silver e rose gold with two different straps.
