As we have known for almost a month, Oppo's next Reno 3 series will be unveiled the day after tomorrow, that is December 26, 2019. But apparently this has not stopped the Chinese manufacturer from putting the device on the famous e-commerce platform already in the catalog Chinese JingDong.
Oppo Reno 3 now on JingDong, confirm the main specifications
As we can see in the image above, the Oppo Reno 3 is given with a price of 9999.00 Yuan, or almost 1300 euros. But don't worry, it is only a figurative figure, in reality it is not possible to buy the smartphone at that price, but only to click the button to receive a notification when it finally goes on sale.
Having said that, it already seems that Oppo's device is close to enjoying great success. There are in fact over 420 thousand reservations on the JingDong website, a large number also for the Asian country.
In addition, from the product page we can finally officially confirm the main specifications. So let's start with the processor, which as the previous speculations suggested is a MediaTek Dimensity 1000L, a medium-high end processor with similar performance to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845, or the flagship chipset of the year 2018.
MediaTek's Dimensity 1000L supports next-generation 5G connections, especially in dual-mode NSA / SA, for greater coverage than NSA-only smartphones.
The processor with excellent performance will then be accompanied by 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory. We will also find a 4025mAh battery with support for VOOC 4.0 fast charging, all contained in a smartphone with a thickness of only 7,96mm and weighing 181 grams.
The Oppo Reno 3 will be available in four color combinations: Moonlight Black, Moonlight White, Sunrise Impression and Blue Starry Night. The only real unknown at this point is the selling price.
Finally, as for the older brother, the Oppo Reno 3 Pro, this has not yet been added to the Chinese store.
