As we already know, Vivo will unveil its next Vivo S9 on March 3 in China. Prior to that day, the Chinese company decided to release a new poster to confirm that it will announce the Vivo S9 and Vivo S9e on that date. Furthermore, Vivo has already started pre-orders for the Vivo S9, with the page on the official website showing us the first renders of the device in its three color variants.
Vivo S9 and Vivo S9e coming March 3: unveiled the design before the launch
The Vivo S9 will in fact be available in three shades: black, white and gradient blue. We also see the back of the smartphone with a camera module on the top left and three sensors inside. This should include a 64 megapixel main camera.
The official poster confirms that the Vivo S9 will be equipped with a 44 megapixel dual selfie camera system. While the Vivo S9e that will be launched alongside it will have a 32 megapixel selfie camera.
Vivo has yet to reveal the front design of both smartphones, but recent leaks have revealed that the Vivo S9 has a large notch screen like its predecessor, the Vivo S7 5G, while the Vivo S9e will have a teardrop notch screen. Both devices are expected to have FHD + AMOLED panels with 90Hz refresh rate support.
Finally, the Vivo S9 5G is expected to arrive with a Dimensity 1100 chipset, 12GB of RAM and a 4.000mAh battery. The Vivo S9e could instead be equipped with a Dimensity 820 SoC, 8 GB of RAM and a 4.100 mAh battery.
