A new Vivo smartphone with model number V2068A has just been certified by the Chinese telecommunications authority TENAA, showing us some of the specs, along with the first images. The same device was previously seen in the 3C certification platform database in January.
Vivo V2068A caught on TENAA: confirmed design and some main specifications
The front and rear design of the Vivo V2068A is almost identical to that of the Vivo Y31s 5G, Vivo Y52s 5G and iQOO U3 5G which recently debuted in China. At the front, the Vivo V2068A has a teardrop notch screen and the rear side has a square-shaped camera with two cameras and an LED flash inside.
The Vivo V2068A measures 164,15 x 75,35 x 8,5mm and features a 6,52-inch display. The smartphone is powered by a 4.910 mAh battery (typical value of 5.000 mAh), with possible recharging at 18W and running with the Android 11 operating system. These specifications are also present on the Vivo Y31s 5G (model number V2054A), Vivo Y52s 5G (V2057A) and iQOO U3 5G (V2061A).
Also, knowing that the Vivo Y31s is powered by the Snapdragon 480 chipset, the Y52s has a Dimensity 720 and the iQOO U3 has a Dimensity 800U chipset, we can assume that the newly spotted Vivo V2068A may be equipped with a different chipset. But clearly we will have to wait for the official presentation to be sure.
