Today is very important not only for Huami, but for all companies in the world. After the blockade imposed by the pandemic, the CES 2021 is the new opportunity to present their products and launch them outside of China. The event is held exclusively online in Las Vegas and for this occasion Huami has decided to unveil the two new smartwatches in the series: Amazfit GTR 2e and GTS 2e. Let's see together what their characteristics are and also outline the differences between the two.
Amazfit GTR 2rd

- battery and recharge: 246 mAh with magnetic charging and a charging time of 2 hours
- autonomy: normal use 14 days, use in economy mode 24 days, full use 7 days
- sensors: acceleration sensor, gyroscope, geomagnetic sensor, ambient light, air pressure, temperature
- connectivity: Bluetooth 5.0
- strap width 20mm

Available colors are Obsidian Black, Roland Purple e Dark Night Green Warehouse GTS 2e and is available in Obsidian Black, Dolphin Gray e Ice Lake Green il GTR 2e. Both smartwatches will be equipped with 90+ sports activities and related voice control. This one in particular deserves a mention because it is completely offline: it will not be necessary to be connected to the internet to use it.
But ultimately what are the differences between these variants and the standard ones? In short: regarding the family GTS the only substantial difference lies in the autonomy and therefore in the battery capacity. There variant 2e has 14 days of autonomy with normal use while the standard only 7 days. Same thing goes for the GTR family.
Furthermore, another difference is that i standard models have an ODCL coating on the glass, similar to diamond, for greater resistance.
Another difference concerns the connectivity: the standard models, unlike the 2e variant, are equipped with a connection 2.4GH WLAN. They are not present in either of them, not even it speaker and microphone therefore it is not possible to make calls.

Hi, do you think the Huawei watch fit or the Amazfit Gts 2e is better? (both as regards the smartwatch, the functions etc ... and as regards the app on cell). Also, is tennis contemplated among sports?
Hello Roberto. Unfortunately I don't own the Huawei and can't tell you which of the two is better. I can tell you that Zepp (the Amazfit watches smartphone app) is very well done and not at all chaotic.
As far as sports are concerned, I can't tell you yet because it hasn't arrived in the newsroom. Technically yes because 90 sports have been confirmed, but I can't give you certainty. Stay tuned: as soon as we have it we will do the review and let you know 👍🏼
