As we learned a few hours ago, Huami officially announced that tomorrow he will hold a presentation in China in which will launch a new operating system and a new chipset for wearable devices.
Official: New Amazfit headphones and smartwatches will be presented tomorrow
Well, apparently there will also be a global launch, but not of the new operating system or chipset, but of a new pair of TWS headphones. In addition, it could also come with a new Amazfit GTR / GTS series smartwatch.
The news comes from the official Amazfit Global Twitter account, which revealed that it will announce a new pair of earphones tomorrow. It is suspected that this will not be a completely new series, the earphones should in fact be the successors of the ZenBuds. Like the latter, the headphones will have health features such as posture detection and the reminder if you are too sedentary.
While from an audio point of view, Amazfit has already revealed that the earphones will have active noise cancellation and the ability to track sports, so like a smartwatch.
Recall that the ZenBuds were launched primarily as a product that helps us relax. In fact, they do not isolate from external noises, but actively help sleep with sounds specifically created to make us fall asleep. These sounds then pause once the headphones can sense that we are sleeping through the use of a heart rate sensor, in addition to the movement sensor. There is also the report on how we slept available the next day, once again similar to a smartwatch / fitness band.
As for the new smartwatch instead, Huami has announced that there will be a new smartwatch and that this will be part of the Amazfit GTS 2 and Amazfit GTR 2 family. The new smartwatch will be added to the six smartwatches that we already find in the GTS 2 series / GT2, i.e. Amazfit GTS 2, Amazfit GTR 2, Amazfit GTS 2 Mini, Amazfit GTS 2e, Amazfit GTR 2e and Amazfit GTR 2 eSIM.
In any case, the teaser seems to suggest that it will be a smartphone from the GTR series as it shows a round display.
