Xiaomi Redmi 3s / Prime also receives the new MIUI 9.2 update

The innovative interface MIUI 9.0 Xiaomi with big delays was distributed on most of the company's devices. The delay was caused by a critical bug that literally skipped the update to the new interface for some devices that instead seem to be getting a jump these days that involves them directly with the release of MIUI 9.2. We have already told you about the Redmi Note 3 and then also for the Redmi 1S and Redmi Note / Prime ma today the good news will invest Xiaomi Redmi users 3S / Prime, Redmi 4A, Redmi 2 / Prime and Mi 4i stopped to MIUI 8 version.

In reality, the company currently has only released the one related to Redmi 3S / Prime that will have an acronym 9.2.2.0 MALMIEK with size of 376 MB unfortunately still on Android Marshmallow base and security patch of April 2017, therefore vulnerable to KRACK WPA2. It should be noted that the update is a nightly build, therefore still in the testing phase for a release in a stable version following the feedback obtained from users. In any case, the changes concern the UI that presents itself in a lighter and more fluid way, new Gallery, Calendar etc .. even if the most interesting features have not been introduced like the split screen, perhaps postponed to the release of the MIUI 9.2 in a stable version.

Recall that the Xiaomi Redmi 3S is equipped with a 5 HD display in inches and Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor, 13 MP rear camera with PDAF and LED flash and a wide-angle 5 megapixel front camera. 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory and fingerprint scanner on the back powered by a 4100 mAh battery.
