This beast has some really bad characteristics and, as we are used to, a super competitive price.

This morning the brand spammed Chinese social channels on the release of this new product. To be more precise the Mi TV 5 Pro 75 " it hasn't really come out since sales will start in a few days. While waiting to see it from us, let's see all the main features together.
The panel is of type QLED (quantum dot screen) and this means, in addition to higher image quality, also a slower deterioration over time. Compared to traditional OLED screens the display offers deeper and more realistic blacks. Speaking of display, the new TV has one resolution 4K and also supports HDR 10 +, a cover NTSC of 108% , MEMC movement compensation (Motion Estimation / Motion Compensation) which allows you to make an estimate of the movement and compensate it for better and jerky video quality.
For hardware the Mi TV 5 Pro 75 "is equipped with a memory RAM up to 4 GB (managed by the system patch Wall) to storage up to 64 GB. The processor is un Amlogic Mali-G31 MP2 (12 nm construction) which obviously allows to use Android TV on this huge beast. From the audio point of view they are present four loudspeakers with technology DTS-HD and Dolby Audio. Television uses 2.4/5GHz WiFi and is capable of playing videos in RM, FLV, MOV, AVI, MKS, TS and MP4 formats.
Let's now move on to design and measurements. Like all members of the range Mi TV 5 Pro, this TV is also characterized by a minimal design, just as the edges are minimal. With one overall thickness of only 10.9 mm it's a 97% screen-to-body ratio, Mi TV presents the now mandatory signature "designed by Xiaomi”On the right edge. This little feature gives that premium touch that he lacked to be one of the best smart TV also from an aesthetic point of view.
Finally, let's move on to the sockets integrated in the rear: network connector, HDMI x3, USB x2, an antenna input, an S / PDIF connector and a video input. Finally the prices: considering that initially it will be available only in China, the announced prices are 9.999 yuan for the Pro variant, around € 1.263 at the current exchange rate, and 7.999 yuan for the non-Pro variant (with LED and non-QLED panel), around € 1.010 per change.
